Registering interest
Registering interest is free and non-binding. It tells 1310 where demand is and lets us contact you about fibre in your area. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Founding payments
In areas where founding places are open, you can choose a founding reward and pay its fixed amount by card through Stripe's secure checkout. 1310 does not receive or store your card details. A founding payment is a contribution towards building the network in your area in return for the reward described. It is not an investment: there are no cash prizes, prize draws, shares or financial returns. This campaign is operated by 1310 and is not affiliated with Kickstarter.
If we can't build
Each area shows a refund date. If 1310 has not confirmed that it can build to your address by that date, or a survey shows your address can't be served, 1310 will refund your founding payment in full to the original card. You may also ask for a full refund at any time before 1310 confirms a build for your address.
Coverage and delivery
1310 must assess your address, build feasibility, permissions, survey and installation requirements. An area target is a planning goal; reaching it does not by itself guarantee a build or an activation date. When a build is confirmed for your address, 1310 will confirm your reward, any ongoing charges and the expected installation window in writing.
Prices and availability
Prices include any applicable VAT. Limited reward places are per area and held while you complete payment; an unfinished payment releases the place. Some rewards are for homes only.
Business sign-ups
Businesses may register interest and choose rewards marked as available to businesses. Service rewards are for the business premises given at sign-up.
The rewards
Beech, Alton · refund date 31 December 2027
First Light · £350. Your £100 becomes £100 of service credit after activation. Normal broadband subscription and installation charges apply. Subject to a confirmed build.
No Dead Spots · £1,000 · 5 places. Includes two mesh nodes and setup at a standard fibre installation. Equipment model to be confirmed. Broadband subscription and installation are charged separately.
Orbit, Then Fibre · £1,000 · 2 places. A Starlink bridge while fibre is planned, subject to availability, installation survey and suitable sky visibility. Standard setup and up to 6 months of Starlink subscription are included. The Starlink kit is returned to 1310; normal fibre charges apply after the bridge. No guaranteed fibre activation date.
Gigabit Original · £2,500 · 1 places. 24 months of unlimited-data 1 Gbps full fibre from activation, one approved address. Non-standard civils and optional extras are excluded. Renewal pricing is agreed before the included term ends.
Fibre Forever · £10,000 · 1 places. Broadband for the named original backer's lifetime at one approved residential address, while 1310 continues to provide that service. No monthly charge for the included fibre package. Not transferable or inheritable. Moving home requires a new coverage assessment and written agreement. Non-standard civils, optional services and replacement equipment beyond the agreed warranty are excluded.
Lifetime scope
Fibre Forever is restricted to one original named backer and one approved residential address. It is not a business service, transferable, inheritable or an unconditional guarantee that 1310 will exist forever. A change of address needs written agreement and coverage assessment.
Your details
We use your details to record your sign-up, set up your 1310 customer account, take any founding payment and assess service. Local partners helping with the build in your area may see totals, and in some cases your contact details under a data-sharing agreement. Marketing and Founders Wall consent are separate, optional choices. See the privacy notice.
